Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

A refund or exchange is allowed if you:

  • Received a damaged and / or faulty item
  • Received an incorrect item

Please contact us at salaam@duagifts.com.au for the returns address and for processing.  All claims must be made within 10 days of delivery of goods, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds for payments made by Credit or EFTPOS card can only be made to the same Credit or EFTPOS card used in the original purchase.

Please note that Dua Gifts does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Damaged products caused by improper handling by the recipient

Our Returns Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.  If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose, or is different from its description, then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.  While we try to make our onscreen images as colour-true as possible, there may be a slight difference to the actual product from screen to screen.

Please note as well that Dua Gifts is not responsible for products delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender, therefore please check this information carefully before submitting your order.
